Ilia Voronchihin

Ilia is currently working for the US Navy as an architectural projects design manager for NAVFAC SW CIPT (Naval Facilities Engineering Command South West Coastal Division), bringing with him professional experience in all aspects of architectural practice, from schematic design to construction administration and management.

Before the Navy he worked for KMA Architecture and Engineering from 2007-2015 as a registered architect where he was involved in numerous public and private projects. Before coming to KMA, Ilia worked as a registered architect in Annapolis, Maryland, with experience in LEED, retail, medical, and industrial architecture. In 2010 he became a registered architect in California.

Ilia was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and studied engineering near Moscow. He earned a Master's and Bachelor's of Architecture at the Catholic University of America in Washington DC. In his spare time he enjoys surfing, oil painting, and ice hockey.
